Took our kittens in to establish care. It probably didn’t help my first impression to arrive at the old location on John B White and find no one there. So I showed up at the Pine Street location late and frazzled, and a little annoyed that the old name & address for RRAH still shows up on Google Maps when in fact it has a new name and location. I wish the person with whom I made the appointment had made this clear. A reminder probably would’ve helped too, as my middle-aged brain tends to forget these types of details. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Aaaaanyway. Four stars for all the confusion. But everything else was fine. The staff and doctor were all very nice, and the prices seemed reasonable. Just a suggestion: I would’ve liked to have the option to keep the kittens in the room for their exam and shots. Some people like to see what’s being done and have a chance to be present and comfort their pet.

They always greet the animal and make sure it is comfortable before assessing the reason for the appointment. Everyone genuinely cares about the animals and makes every effort to ensure it and the owners have a great experience.
