Dr. Lon saved my daughters guinea pigs life. It was an emergency the day after Christmas and they told me upfront that they do not specialize in exotic animals, but would do everything they could to try and help him. It was a Saturday right at closing time and they still told us to come in to try and help our little guy. It turned out he was very sick with pneumonia. Dr. Lon was amazing he even took the time to talk to my daughter and inform her about better cleaning and care techniques for his cage to help insure this doesn’t happen again. Ark is a wonderful place for pets, they are upfront with costs and treatment and do everything they can for your pet because they care. Thank you ark animal hospital. This is the only place I will take our pets from now on. My family and our guinea pig Nugget will always be thankful to Dr. Lon and the ark animal hospital team.

We had a wonderful experience at Ark Animal Hospital! The staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The veterinarian took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood everything about our dog’s care. Everyone treated our dog with so much love and care, which made us feel very comfortable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Ark Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team. Thank you! 🐾

I am very disappointed with the attitude at this clinic. My dog had previously been prescribed a special hypoallergenic diet by the veterinarian. When the food ran out, I contacted the clinic to purchase more, as my dog suffers from severe allergies and this food is part of the treatment plan. Instead of helping, I was told that I first had to book another appointment and pay for a consultation. It gives the impression that their main goal is not the animal's health, but rather collecting an extra fee for a follow-up visit. As a result, my dog was left without the necessary food, even though she was already a patient at the clinic and had an established treatment plan. After this experience, I do not plan to return. It was a very unpleasant experience and showed a complete lack of care for patients.
